Thursday followed by two phone calls reporting the explosion and heavy fire at the scene of the Seqens plant at 9 Opportunity Way, Bradbury said. The department responded to a an alarm at around 12:45 a.m. from the most damaged part of the building, an addition constructed several years ago where Bradbury said the compromised walls and ceiling were “very loose.” The area was deemed too dangerous to search earlier in the day.
